2026年5月29日至30日，我校教师教学发展中心协同各教学单位，选派9位青年教师赴广东财经大学，参加由广东省高等教育学会主办的“本科高校青年教师教学能力提升培训会”。

本次培训聚焦青教赛备赛难点，邀请清华大学、四川大学、华南师范大学等高校的国赛获奖专家，围绕教学设计优化、课堂表现升华、赛教融合路径等主题作专题报告。作为合作办学高校，我校教师在保持国际化教学特色的同时，如何锤炼扎实的教学基本功，是此次参训的关注重点。专家提出的“从打磨一堂精品课到建设一门高质量课程”“课程思政应自然融入教学目标”等观点，为教师们提供了清晰的改进方向。

参训教师表示，培训中关于课堂结构设计、学情分析、板书逻辑等实操方法具体实用，对备赛和日常教学均有直接帮助。此次学习也是CTL支持青年教师以赛促教、持续提升教学能力的系列举措之一。未来，中心将继续引入专家指导与研修资源，助力教师在青教赛平台上锤炼本领、进阶成长。

News Brief: BNBU Faculty Attend Provincial Young Teacher Contest Training

From May 29 to 30, 2026, CTL coordinated with Faculties to send nine faculty representatives to a training session organized by the Guangdong Association of Higher Education at Guangdong University of Finance and Economics. The training focused on instructional design, classroom delivery, and contest preparation for the provincial Teaching Contest for Young Teachers.

As a joint university, BNBU participants placed particular emphasis on how to hone solid teaching fundamentals while maintaining an internationalized teaching approach. This training is part of CTL's ongoing series of initiatives to support early-career faculty in advancing their teaching through competition-based professional development.
