
The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) was founded in January 2021. CTL aims to provide institutional support for promoting excellence in teaching and learning at BNBU, motivating and supporting teaching staff to succeed in empowering students across diverse disciplines.
To date, we have organized around 200 activities with over 8,000 visits for teaching staff and students, including:

CTL is now seeking an undergraduate summer intern enrolled in 2024 or 2025 who is expected to work during regular office hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00)
Job Responsibilities:
The appointee will be required to:
1. Assist in operating CTL promotion platforms, including the CTL website, WeChat official account, etc;
2. Assist in coordinating activities such as seminars, workshops, meetings, etc.;
3. Assist in all kinds of paperwork and handle related documents filing and database maintenance;
4. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor/Centre Director.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
l Good bilingual communication skills (English and Chinese) and interpersonal skills.
l Proficient computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word, PPT, website maintenance). Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification would be preferred.
l Experience in creating visual design, photography, and video is preferred.
l Skills in operating social media or video production (e.g., websites, WeChat official account).
l Good problem-solving skills, being detailed-oriented at work.
Salary & Benefits:
1. The internship is paid based on the standard of BNBU Finance Office. The current standard rate of pay is RMB 25/hr.
2. Accommodation is provided during the internship.
3. After successfully completing the internship program, the students may receive an internship completion certificate issued by CTL.
